Welcome to Countryside Veterinary Clinic! We try to make every visit a pleasant one from the moment you walk in the door until you head home with your pet. Check out the pictures of our facility below, or feel free to stop by and take a tour during normal business hours.
Animal Hospital Policies
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment only. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please understand that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
We do offer drop-off appointments. A 'drop off' means you can bring your pet in the morning and leave him with us for a few hours, or the whole day, whichever works best. Once the doctor has completed her exam, she will give you a call to discuss the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, cash and some personal checks.
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Rabies vaccines are required by law for all cats and dogs older than 6 months.
